One of the most important things usually doctors recommend any person is to eat small portions of food during your breakfast,lunch,dinner.One should not go on eating and fill his or her stomach just because its your favorite dish. Overeating leads to various health problems like stomach disorders, one feels lethargic to do any work. Depression may also be one of the reasons to eat more. Some people use food as to cope up with their emotional ups and downs. This can be termed as emotional overeating.
A person who eats less will be a healthy person; will be energetic throughout the day, Will not have any stomach problems.

Why do we eat?

The common and most basic reason is for energy. Energy in food is measured in calories. A human body needs enough calories to maintain all our body’s internal functioning at rest as well as the physical the various physical activities a person has to carry out during the day. If a person is tall and has lean body mass and if he is carrying out more strenuous work then he needs more calories to maintain his weight. The effects of eating less calories leads to serious health problems like isn’t getting adequate calories protein from food, it will break down your own body tissue i.e. your muscle, organs, and even your heart.

Fresh fruits and vegetables should be incorporated in ones daily diet as they provide the necessary nutrients the body needs. The fabulous idea of developing interest of your child in eating the healthy food is to present the nutrient rich food beautifully. The child is attracted more towards the food which is more decorative. This can be done by using fruits in salads and cutting the salads in different shapes and adding colorful fruits in between. A person who includes more salads and fruits in his daily diet is surely going to eat less.

One can eat less and more often, include more vegetables in your daily diet before your main course. Eat slowly because eating slowly makes you eat less. Drink more water during the day.
